Meet Caroline

Caroline Rodriguez brings several years of experience in financial services to her role as Associate Wealth Advisor. Known for her relational approach, Caroline takes pride in getting to know her clients personally, helping them define their goals, and crafting strategies that feel approachable and empowering. As a bilingual advisor fluent in Spanish, she is especially passionate about supporting immigrant families and women in navigating financial systems and building confidence in their financial futures. 

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Misael, and their two daughters, Elena and Clara. She loves sharing her love of music with her girls by hosting family kitchen dance parties. She also loves to experiment with flavors in the kitchen, especially Cajun-inspired dishes passed down from her South Louisiana heritage. Caroline and her family are avid travelers, lake enthusiasts, and active members of their church and she is a proud member of the Arkansas Women’s network.
