Meet Crystal


 


Crystal was raised in Fort Worth and has proudly called Sherwood home for the past 27 years. She began her career in the legal field with the Real Estate Department at Dillard’s Inc. headquarters in Little Rock. She later advanced into an Executive Assistant role with Ozark Capital Corporation, where she served in a variety of capacities during her distinguished 17+ year tenure. Outside of her professional life, Crystal enjoys spending time with her significant other, Casey, a retired Air Force veteran who now serves as a Department of Defense civilian employee. Together, they enjoy golfing, traveling, outdoor activities, and creating lasting memories with friends and family.


Crystal is the proud mother of two accomplished sons, Dylan and Addison, who are the light of her life. Her eldest son, Dylan, served in the 189th Airlift Wing as an Airman First Class in Security Forces, serving both domestically and abroad. During his military service, he earned numerous honors and distinctions, including Expert Marksmanship, the Governor’s Honorary Award, and Small Arms Expert recognition. Dylan currently works as a technician while continuing his education and training to become a certified mechanic. Her youngest son, Addison, is currently attending University of Central Arkansas and is expected to graduate in December 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. After he started college, he took a year off to complete Air Force Basic Military Training. Addison is also a proud alumnus of Sigma Phi Epsilon (ΣΦΕ), where he served as President of Membership. Following graduation, he plans to pursue a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. In addition, Addison proudly serves in the 189th Airlift Wing as a Senior Airman and Crew Chief.


As Director of Client Services, Crystal plays a vital role in helping ensure clients receive exceptional care and support. Her ability to listen attentively, communicate with empathy, and guide clients through challenging situations sets her apart.
