Meet Janet

Janet was born and raised in Bryant, Arkansas. She is married to Chad, a Combat Veteran, who served our country in the United States Army where he was an air traffic controller and avionic technician for 10 years.  He is currently the proud owner of a drone surveying company, also working for Lowes.  She has two handsome sons, Cole and Connor, who are her world. Cole, her oldest, is a police officer who started his career 11 years ago.  He is now a K-9 Officer with the Texarkana, Texas Police Department, serving as a marksman on the SWAT team.  He is married to Jade and has started a family by welcoming their precious daughter into the world in 2022 and a baby boy in 2025. Connor, her youngest, graduated High School 2025. He enjoys hanging out with his friends, playing video games and helping with the family pets.  He currently is employed with Lowes, alongside Chad.  He is looking to pursue a career in helping animals in rehabilitation.

Janet has served as our Vice President of Operations and has been a vital part of our team for 30-plus years. She excels at solving problems and preventing issues, always striving to enhance our clients experiences with less stress. Her unwavering dedication has taught her the importance of active listening and meeting others’ needs, making her a valuable member of Wealth Management, Inc.
